Energy Work - Science or Superstition?

As a Reiki Master, I often get asked the question on if energy work is really 'a thing'. I LOVE this question! Science confirms we're energetig beings - down to a cellular level. Our cells each have protons, neutrons and electrons. These are positively charged, neutral and negatively charged particles.
